The Grand Sextile

Grand Sextile

Grand Sextile

On Monday, the Zodiac turns into a ferris wheel, with six bodies bopping energy in a circle. The Moon is sextile Jupiter, Jupiter is sextile Venus, Venus is sextile Saturn, Saturn is sextile Pluto, and Pluto is sextile Neptune, which is sextile the  Moon. These six are also forming two interlocking Grand Trines, one in water with Jupiter, Saturn, and Neptune, and the other in earth with the Moon, Venus, and Pluto. Just in case things seem too rosy, there are two T-squares to contend with; Mars-Uranus-Pluto in Cardinal signs,  and the Sun-Moon-Saturn in Fixed signs. Sun trine Uranus provides some fire activity in the chart. What to watch out for is the lack of planets in air signs.  It may be a time of intense emotional and physical activity, with a bit of spirituality thrown in, but intellectual responses and cognitive activity may be missing.  The day could be one for “reaction instead of action”, and thinking about the results may be put off until later. Also, the bodies of the Grand Sextile (or Double Grand Trine) will be in the “feminine” houses. Only the Sun and Uranus are in the “masculine” houses, and may offer the final commentary on the events of the day.
